曾在萨尔瓦多、中东、尼加拉瓜等战火频传地区穿梭，身经百战的崔克斯（薛铎史蒂文斯饰）决定退休，在德州的一个小镇以贩卖烤饼乾为生，后来还和美丽的镇长（普莉西拉巴恩斯饰）谈起了恋爱；崔克斯自许为镇上的〃和平仲裁者〃，对扰乱镇上安宁的小混混，他给他们三条路:安分守己、滚出镇上、或是向阎罗王报到。但这些像细菌般顽强的坏蛋却仍不听劝告，他们的首领艾尔多（罗柏戴维饰）还请来葛氏兄弟助阵，为了逼崔克斯离开镇上，他们竟然绑架了镇上的小联盟球队。2

Traxx is a mercenary ex-cop who knows nothing about the law, but everything about justice.
