人物经历

1999-2001在德国Osnabrueck大学任博士后研究员，2001年被聘为中国大洋协会深海生物基因资源开发项目责任专家，2004-2008年任国家海洋局海洋生物遗传资源重点实验室室主任，现任中国微生物协会海洋微生物分会副主任,中国生物工程协会理事；中国药协会海洋药物分会理事；参与组织实施了我国第一个深海生物基因资源研究开发计划， 2007年作为中国代表团代表赴纽约参加联合国关于深海生物基因资源保护的讨论。2007年获得“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选称号。2008年被评为厦门市劳动模范，2008年担任中国大洋深海考察第一个生物航段首席科学家。

研究方向

海洋微生物分子生物学。

主要贡献

在国内率先开展了深海微生物的研究。参与组织建设了深海微生物研究平台体系，发展了深海嗜压细菌分离培养、极端嗜热嗜压古菌分离培养、深海环境基因组构建分析等三项关键技术，分离培养出一系列深海耐嗜压细菌。主持了国家杰出青年基金、自然科学基金重点项目、海洋863重点项目、中国大洋专项、973子项目等，发表SCI论文约40篇，其中两篇论文分别被Nature China网站选为亮点论文及推荐为优秀论文。

主要从事深海超嗜热/嗜压，嗜冷/嗜压微生物；及深海热液、冷泉及深部生物圈等极端生命系统的研究。近年来，主持了国家杰出青年基金、自然科学基金重点项目、海洋863重点项目、中国大洋专项、973子项目等。发表SCI论文50余篇，2009年两篇论文分别被Nature China网站选为亮点论文及推荐为优秀论文。
