沙烨拥有 Wesleyan 大学计算机硕士学位及上海交通大学计算机学士学位。他是成为资本的管理合伙人，活跃于多个投资领域，包括互联网/无线应用程序、电子商务、数字娱乐及教育。他在观察者网开有专栏。

现任职务

上海交通大学教育发展基金会的理事，复旦大学中国研究院高级研究员，美国智库阿斯彭研究所（ Aspen Institute ）的研究员。

Sha YeManaging Partner of Chengwei Capital

Sha Ye is managing partner of Chengwei Capital. He is an active investor in a number of industries, including internet/wireless application, e-commerce, digital entertainment, and education.

Before joining Chengwei Capital, Sha was the founder and CEO of BMI Asia, an enterprise software company focusing on the telecommunication sector. BMI Asia was acquired by Convergys Corporation in 2007. Before founding BMI, he worked for Portal Software as a senior architect.

Sha received a master’s degree in computer science from Wesleyan University and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is board member of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Education Development Foundation, a senior fellow at the China Institute, Fudan University, and a fellow at Aspen Institute, a US think tank.1
