段爱群，男，1962年10月出生·经济学博士，一级律师，中国致公党党员，上海浦东新区政协委员。现为财政部科研所国有资产研究室副研究员，兼上海市华益律师事务所主任律师。 工作至今，先后在《财政研究》《金融时报》《法制日报》《国际金融报》等发表论文数十篇，出版《跨国并购原理与实证分析》和《论WTO中的财政补贴与我国的战略取向》专著两本。 目前主要从事法律和财政补贴与政策研究工作。同时，在中国社会科学院法学研究所博士后流动站做《WTO与国际经济法》专题研究。
