姜胜明
男，江苏人，教授，博士生导师，现任上海海事大学信息工程学院院长。分别于1988、1992和1995年在上海海运学院（上海海事大学前身）、法国巴黎第六大学和法国凡尔赛大学获得计算机科学方面的学士、硕士和博士学位；先后在香港科技大学、新加坡国立大学、新加坡信息通信研究院、英国格拉摩根大学和华南理工大学等从事教学与科研工作，担任过副研究员、首席讲师、教授等职位，长期从事通信网络结构、协议和算法等方面研究，涵盖有线网络和无线网络。作为核心骨干成员分别参与了国家973和863项目，出版全英文专著一部（Springer），获国家发明专利3项，发表论文一百多篇，被引用超过千次，以第（唯）一作者发表在本领域国际顶级和前瞻性期刊和会议上论文7篇；曾被评为华南理工大学“我最喜爱的导师”，是第11届IEEE国际通信系统会议(ICCS2008)组委会主席，担任过30多个国际学术会议技术程序委员会（TPC）成员以及International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks特刊的客座编辑。
