MXenes
二维过渡金属碳化物、氮化物或碳氮化物,即MXenes,是由美国德雷塞尔大学(Drexel University)的Yury Gogotsi教授和Michel W. Barsoum教授等人在2011年合作发现的一种新型二维结构材料。其化学通式可用Mn+1XnTz表示,其中M指过渡族金属(如Ti、Zr、Hf、V、Nb、Ta、Cr、Sc等),X指C或/和N,n一般为1-3,Tz指表面基团(如O2-、OH-、F-、NH3、NH4+等)。MXenes主要通过HF酸或盐酸和氟化物的混合溶液将MAX相中结合较弱的A位元素(如Al 原子)抽出而得到。它具有石墨烯高比表面积、高电导率的特点,又具备组分灵活可调,最小纳米层厚可控等优势,已在储能、吸附、传感器、导电填充剂等领域展现出巨大的潜力。
