2004.2-2008.6，英国牛津大学医学院疾病遗传，博士。

工作经历：

2008.6-2011.6 英国牛津大学Wellcome Trust Centre for Human Genetics, 博士后

2011.6-至今暨南大学生命科学技术学院生化与分子生物学系（生命与健康工程研究院。

研究方向：

1. 微生物基因组学，微生物代谢工程，木质纤维素综合利用

运用分子生物学和代谢工程的手段，改造微生物的代谢途径，使其具有木质纤维（如秸秆、蔗渣等）的分解能力，并生产各种有用的物质（如乙醇、低聚木糖等）；同时利用高通量测序等手段，从环境中筛选纤维素降解酶；运用基因组学的方法，以酿酒酵母为模型研究其代谢调控的机制。

2. 疾病遗传学

主要研究基因多态性与子宫内膜移位症之间的遗传相关性。
