人物经历

1992年苏州大学化学教育专业本科毕业，1995年苏州大学有机化学专业毕业，获硕士学位，期间赴南开大学做访问学者1年。1995年留校工作，2006年获有机化学博士学位。2011年获得江苏政府留学基金资助，赴新加坡访学1。

研究方向

稀土金属有机化合物的合成、结构及其催化性质，导向有机合成的金属有机化学，不对称合成等。

主要贡献

主持国家自然科学基金2项，江苏省高校自然科学研究项目1项，参加2项国家自然科学基金项目和1项省部级项目。在国内外化学核心期刊如Green Chem., Org. Lett., Org. Chem. Front., Dalton Trans., Organometallics, Catal. Sci. Technol., J. Polym. Sci. Polym. Chem.等发表论文数十篇，授权发明专利4项。2009年度获江苏省科学技术进步奖二等奖，2010年获得中国石油和化学工业协会科学技术进步奖一等奖。
