电影《死亡幻觉》在片尾使用了 Michael Andrews 和 Gary Jules创作的叙事版本《Mad World》，使得此曲再度走红。该版本在2003年12月达到了英国热销单曲的首位，同时，这首单曲也被用于视频游戏 Gears of War 的宣传片中。
