创作背景

防弹少年团创作该歌曲的目的，是想用他们所擅长的歌舞，向人们传递希望和鼓励的讯息，以及与粉丝们分享快乐、送上小小的慰藉。《Dynamite》由大卫·斯图尔特和杰西卡·阿贡巴参与作词、作曲，防弹少年团首次用英语演唱的方式录唱整首歌曲。该歌曲亦是该组合在筹备2020下半年专辑的过程中遇到的，歌曲的录制是以跳舞的形式进行的。
