邹建新入选2011年上海市浦江人才计划，

研究成果

主要在轻合金精密成型国家工程中心和上海市镁材料及应用工程中心从事先进能源材料的研究。作为主要作者在材料领域国内外著名专业杂志上发表70多篇论文，已申请发明专利10项。主持特别研究员启动基金，教育部博士点新教师基金，上海市自然科学基金，上海市浦江人才计划，上海市教委创新重点项目，中法徐光启合作计划项目，参与上海市基础研究重点项目（执行负责人），上海市重大专项研究计划，国家科技支撑计划，国家自然科学基金，上海交大理工交叉基金（执行负责人）及航天科技基金等项目。

主要研究方向

镁基复杂氢化物储氢材料，金属气相反应机理，纳米功能材料制备与表征，以及纳米材料在能源方面的应用研究。
