人物经历

2007年，德国曼海姆大学（Mannheim University）社会与政治学系访问学者，从事欧洲问题、社会调查统计与分析研究。

2009年，斯洛文尼亚欧洲问题研究中心、匈牙利科学院政治科学研究所和考文纽斯大学、捷克共和国国际关系研究所和查理大学访问，从事欧洲问题调研。

2010年4-7月，日本青山学院大学（Aoyama Gakuin University）国际政治、经济和通讯系客座教授，讲解中欧关系与民意分析。

2010年10月，短期访问德国外交部、财政部、国防部和议会等政府部门，同期访问了布鲁塞尔欧盟委员会总部、北约总部以及欧盟相关智库，对中欧关系进行调研。

2025年10月，任中国社会科学院中国历史研究院党委常委，世界历史研究所（中国历史研究院世界历史研究所）党委书记1。

社会任职

中国社会科学院欧洲研究所国际关系研究室副主任，中东欧室副主任，副研究员，日本青山学院大学客座教授，中国欧洲一体化史分会理事、副秘书长，中国中东欧研究分会副秘书长。
