个人简介：

尹慧勇博士中科院脂肪酸代谢与营养相关疾病研究组组长

1992年本科毕业于上海同济大学化学系，1995年在中科院上海有机化学研究所获得硕士学位，2002年于美国范德堡大学(Vanderbilt University)化学系获得博士学位。其后在美国范德堡大学医学院临床药理部，医学系，药学系和化学系任研究助理教授(Research Assistant Professor, 2005)和研究副教授(Research Associate Professor, 2009)。2007至2009年担任范德堡大学药物开发项目药代动力学中心实验室主任。尹慧勇博士作为PI和Co-Investigator参与了多项美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)研究项目。2010年加入中国科学院上海生命科学研究院营养科学研究所，任研究员，博士生导师，研究组长。

研究领域：

(1) 利用化学、分子与细胞生物学、动物模型以及人体临床实验等手段研究内源性自由基以及氧化应激(Oxidative Stress)对不饱和脂肪酸代谢的调节与影响及其代谢产物在营养相关疾病中的作用；

(2) 研究和开发基于现代质谱技术的代谢组学(Metabolomics)、脂组学(Lipidomics)和蛋白组学(Proteomics) 等手段研究脂肪酸代谢与人类营养及疾病的关系；

(3) 研究利用营养干预预防和治疗一些与脂肪酸代谢相关的疾病；

(4) 研究食品中化学污染物的毒性及致病机理；开发快速检测食品有害化学污染物的手段。
