简介

1997.9-2001.7 就读于安徽师范大学物理教育专业（本科）；2005．9-2008.7 就读于贵州大学理论物理专业（硕士）；2008.9—2012.7 就读于安徽大学材料物理与化学专业（博士）；2001.9—2002.1 在中国科学技术大学进修近代物理实验课程；2010.9—2012.3 在美国阿肯色大学做访问学者；2001.7—至今在皖西学院任教

主要讲授课程：大学物理，近代物理实验，大学物理实验等

研究方向：宽禁带半导体的物理性质及其在器件上的应用

主持和参加科研项目达5项. 发表文章近40篇。其中十几篇被SCI和EI收录。
