人物经历

曾任西安理工大学经济与管理学院副院长。

1993年毕业于西安理工大学工商管理学院工业会计专业。

1996年获得管理工程硕士学位，主要从事技术经济领域相关研究，同年留校任教。

1999年考入西安交通大学应用经济学专业攻读博士学位，主要从事公司金融及上市公司治理结构相关方面的研究，并于2005年10月取得应用经济学博士学位。（其间：1999-2006年，先后获得了西安交通大学应用经济学博士和日本德岛大学信息系统工学博士两个博士学位，在国际高水平杂志和国内核心期刊分别用英文、日文和中文发表了70余篇高水平及核心杂志论文，多篇被SCI、EI检索。）

2002年被学校推荐、通过教育部选拔，获日本文部省奖学金资助由国家教育部委派赴日本德岛大学攻读博士学位，主要从事信息经济学领域及信息系统开发相关研究。

2006年3月在日本取得博士学位同时，获得学校最高奖“教育研究助成奖”。随后返回母校，主要承担教学及科研等方面的任务。主要从事创业管理及区域经济发展、企业管理与投融资决策、金融市场与投资等方面的教学与研究工作，主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项，作为主要完成人参与国家自然科学基金面上项目2项，主持或参加完成了30余项省部、市厅级科研课题，课题及论文获得了多项奖励。

2025年5月任安康学院副院长（试用期一年）1。
