2005年，松雷文化在音乐剧演员选拔方面首开先河，成立国内第一支专业的音乐剧剧团——中国松雷·北京蝶之舞音乐剧团，并创建一套适合国情的音乐剧人才培养管理方式，为音乐剧人才的选拔、培养、管理、提升设立了一个标尺，也为中国音乐剧产业的发展打下基础。同时，松雷文化建立了第一个符合国际标准的中国音乐剧产业基地，拥有专业设备齐全的配套建筑，总面积达10000平方米。

China Musical Theatre Ensemble was established in 2005 to audition for the actors of “BUTTERFLIES”. Being the first theatrical troupe to be recognized by the government, it painstakingly educates, trains, and prepares neophyte actors to be ready for stage performance, thus building a strong foundation for the development of the Chinese musical industry. It also built a huge rehearsal studio of 10000 square meters, facilities of which are of international standard.

2007年9月，松雷文化的最新作品《蝶BUTTERFLIES》耗时十年创作，四年精打细磨，终于在中西方强大主创团队与国内一流演员的共同携手下“翩翩起舞”，这是中国音乐剧历史的见证，是中国观众对音乐剧从认识到认可的过程，也是中国演出市场对本土音乐剧接纳与发展的过程。在过去的一年中《蝶BUTTERFLIES》展翅飞遍中国大江南北，经历最后的磨炼从北京破茧而出，尽情的燃烧它的华美色彩，登陆冰城哈尔滨完成它温情的回归与重生，着陆在上海滩绽放它所有的色彩，回到梦开始的深圳继《白蛇传》后再续前缘，在武汉融化冰雪并从这里展开飞向世界的翅膀。

10 years in the planning, 4 years in the making, “BUTTERFLIES” finally soared during the September of 2007, through the assemblage of western and local creative teams. For the past year, “BUTTERFLIES” have thrilled audiences all over the country. From the world premiere in Beijing, to the 20 performances in Harbin, to Shanghai, to Shenzhen, as well as to Wuhan, it is now ready to soar towards the global arena.
