法兰西堡

法兰西堡位于西南岸法兰西堡湾马当河口，是、主要港口和繁忙的商业中心。人口约10万。1638年始建，称罗亚尔堡。1680年成为首府，1681年起成为法属西印度群岛的首府。1890年大火烧毁后重建。主要工业有制糖、酿酒、石油提炼、化肥、加工水果罐头等。输出糖、香蕉、菠萝、可可、咖啡和甜酒等。港湾深入，内宽外窄。有飞机场。法国建有海军基地。市内有大学、图书馆、博物馆等。附近有温泉。

干红葡萄酒

法兰西堡干红葡萄酒（CHATEAN LA FRANCE)。

超级波尔多，庄内装瓶，橡木桶储存不少于12个月。

波尔多地区的著名酒庄，超级波尔多级别的优质干红。

这家酒庄从2009年起由莫特家族（Mottet)掌有。法兰西酒庄是优级波尔多产区内的明珠之一，位于Beychac-et-Caillau镇。整个葡萄园浑然一体，面积为90公顷，其中的72公顷种有红葡萄酒，5公顷白葡萄。葡萄园中的地形为丘陵及高地，享有一片以粘土及地表砾石为主要构成的丰富土壤。

法兰西酒庄酿制名酒的愿望并不只追溯至昨日，葡萄园中每公顷5000株的种植密度以及堪比列级酒庄的技术设备就是最好的例证。

An estate great name since the XVIIth century.

Chateau la france is one of the largest estates in the Bordeaux region,boasting 90 hectares(222 acres)in a single block. 70 hectares of the 75 under production are classified AOC Bordeaux Superieur rouge (red) and the remaining 5 hectares AOC Bordeaux Blanc Sec(dry white).

Traditional methods are combined with the most up-to-date techniques both in the vineyard and in the cellars, in order to express the very best of our "terroir".
