基本内容

2000-2009年期间留学英国、荷兰和比利时。长期致力于等离子体与材料表面相互作用的动力学过程的实验研究和基础理论研究工作。在等离子体复杂环境下，材料表面发生的各种物理、化学反应机理的计算机模拟、溅射沉积多层薄膜机理的计算机模拟等方面取得创新性研究成果。撰写英文专著:dynamics of plasma-surface interaction等2部。在International Review of Physical Chemistry, PCCP, Journal of Applied Physics, Surface Science, Applied Surface Science，Applied Physics A, Thin Solid Films, Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology，物理学报，真空科学与技术等国内外著名期刊上共发表研究论文40余篇。英文杂志The Open Surface Science Journal 编委。国际知名英文杂志Surface Science 和Journal of Nuclear Materials，Applied surface science, Journal of Applied Physics的审稿人。
