《All the Things She Said》（译意为“她说的一切”）的英语歌词由伊万·沙普华洛夫、崔佛·宏恩、马丁·基尔森鲍姆、伊莲娜·奇贝尔和Valeriy Polienko编写2，改写自这首歌的原版俄语歌曲《Ya Soshla S Uma》（意为“我疯了”），但是这首歌的歌名，却并未直译为它原版歌曲的英语原意“I've Lost My Mind”。
而《All the Things She Said》原版俄语歌名的取名灵感，则来自于词曲编写人之一的伊莲娜·奇贝尔，伊莲娜说，当她在牙医诊所睡着了的时候，做了一个亲吻另一个女人的梦。当她醒来的时候，大声喊着一句话：“Я сошла с ума（意为“我失去了理智”）”，最后，这句话便发展成《All the Things She Said》的原版歌曲《Ya Soshla S Uma》的名字。同时，音乐制作人伊万·沙普华洛夫将这句话重新修改后，加入了这首歌的英语歌词中。而在其他方面，马丁·基尔森鲍姆则帮助尤莉亚和列娜使用英语唱歌，并参与了这首歌曲的编写工作5。
