教学方面

目前正在承担的本科生课程：植物生物学、普通生态学；硕士研究生课程：环境植物学。科研方面，先后主持和参加国家重点基础研究发展规划项目（973）2项、国家自然科学基金项目6项、教育部科学技术重点研究项目、教育部高校骨干教师基金项目、教育部留学回国人员科研启动项目、天津市自然科学基金项目、南开大学科技发展基金等研究课题多项。已在国内外重要学术期刊上发表研究论文60余篇，其中SCI收录论文12篇，参编教材和科研专著6部。

目前研究工作集中在以下两个方面：1）内生真菌和天然禾草的相互作用机制研究；2）感染内生真菌的草坪草在污染土壤的植物修复中的应用研究。在研项目有国家重点基础研究发展规划项目（973）1项、国家自然科学基金项目2项、教育部留学回国人员科研启动项目1项。
