个人简介

1994年毕业于湖南怀化师专生物系；2000年毕业于湖南农业大学农业昆虫及害虫管理学专业，获硕士学位；2003年毕业于中国科学院动物研究所生态学专业，获博士学位。1994年至1997年在湖南省桃江县水口山乡中学任教，2003年以来在中国科学院动物研究所从事科研工作，2007年在英国帝国理工学院进行学术访问（6个月）。现为中国科学院动物研究所副研究员（2006-）。

研究领域

生物多样性、协同进化与生态系统管理

1. 经济重要种实害虫的生态管理与无公害控制

2. 多尺度动植物相互作用，包括昆虫、鼠类和鸟类

3. 森林更新动态: 种子生产，种子捕食/扩散，种子萌发和幼苗建成

4. 动物行为及其生态/进化效应

5. 生境破碎化、人类活动与生物多样性保护、管理
