简历

1995年7月获得山东科技大学（原山东矿业学院）矿井建设学士学位，

1998年7月获得该专业的硕士学位，

2001年7月获得中国科学院地质与地球物理研究所地质工程专业博士学位，

2003年8月博士后出站后留所工作，现为中国科学院地质与地球物理研究所副研究员。国际岩石力学学会会员，国际工程地质与环境协会会员。工程地质力学重点实验室下设监测技术研发实验室、加固技术研发实验室主任。

研究方向

崩塌与滚石的动力学、运动学及灾害防治；

岩土工程监测与加固技术；

岩石力学数值模拟与解析算法
