人物介绍

孟昌，北京工商大学教授，产业经济学、区域经济学硕士研究生导师。北京化工大学工学学士、兰州大学经济学硕士、中国社会科学院研究生院经济学博士。曾在爱尔兰国立考克大学（UCC）经济系进修访问、做学术讲座。入选北京市青年骨干教师培养计划，北京区域经济学会常务理事，副秘书长。主要研究领域为产业组织与政府管制、区域产业结构和转轨经济中的政府治理。在《改革》、《财贸经济》、《经济理论与经济管理》、《财经科学》、《国际贸易问题》、《兰州大学学报》、《读书》和《产业组织评论》等学术期刊发表论文30多篇。主持国家社科基金项目“资源环境约束条件下的区域产业结构升级研究”和北京市人才强教项目“行政性进入壁垒保护下的企业绩效：基于租金范式的理论与实证研究”。参与了数项国家社会科学基金课题和省部级课题的研究。独立出版专著《行政性进入壁垒下的租金与逆向激励》一部，合作出版专著2部，经济学教科书2部。 

CHANG MENG

Dr. Chang Meng is a professor of economics at Beijing Technology and Business University (BTBU). He received his Ph.D. in economics from Graduate School, Chinese Academy of Social Science (CASS). He earned B.S. in chemistry from Beijing Institute of Chemistry and Technology, and M.A. in economics from Lanzhou University. He was a visiting scholar in Economics Department of College Cork, National University of Ireland.

ProfessorMeng has taught undergraduate courses “Microeconomics”, “Managerial Economics”, and “Macroeconomics” at BTBU since 1999, and given courses on “Economic development and institutional transition” and “Industrial organization and regulation” for postgraduates. His academic interests are primarily in the areas of economics of industrial organization and government regulation, and his recent research focuses on incentive problems in regulation in the process of China's economic transition and political reform.

ProfessorMeng has published more than 30 papers in high-ranking Chinese academic journals such as , ,, and he often writes column essay on Chinese economic issues for newspapers and popular magazines. He is coauthor of (China Machine Press, 2006), an undergraduate-level textbook, which has been selected as textbook by many Chinese universities. His book, revised from his Ph.D. dissertation entitled y, was published (Economic Science Press,2012).

Currently, ProfessorMeng chairs a research on “”, a project of National Philosophyand Social Science Foundation.
