北京红樱束女子打击乐团　　红樱束是中国第一支女子打击乐团队，成立于1999年。乐团、乐队成员均是来自中国各地的优秀专业女子打击乐手，为了将高水平的打击乐音乐艺术与市场相结合，红樱束乐队几年来进行了大胆的创新与尝试，并且在形式上和风格上创立了自身独有的特征。建团以来，红樱束乐队在中国各地和世界十多个国家进行各类演出近千场次，2004年9月参加“世界文化奥林匹克公展赛”WCO获得最高荣誉“世界和平奖”。

Establishedin 1999,RedPoppyis the firstChinesefemale percussionband, which brings together a group ofoutstandingfemale percussionists from all parts ofChina. To introduce the high-brow percussion art to the market, the band has made bold steps forward and created a uniqueformandstyle. Since its birth, Red Poppy has been given nearly a thousand concerts to Chinese audience, as well as the audience in over ten countries. In September 2004, it received the highest reputation "WorldPeace Award" at the "Olympics of World Culture" sponsered by WCO.
